Curriculum

Quarter 3:

Reading -  We will be answering questions with text evidence, analyzing characters and their motivations, comparing and contrasting themes, setting, and plot, and examining figurative and literal language in literary texts

Writing - We will concentrate on writing opinion pieces, adjectives and adverbs, conjunctions, and conventions

Math - We will cover two-step word problems, finding unknown numbers using the inverse operations of multiplication and division, fractions, and   measuring length

Science - We will identify the regions of Georgia and the habitats found in them

Social Studies - We will learn about early explorers and the four productive resources
